Mailspect, formerly Message Partners, is the inventor of Email Stream Management.  Email and its embedded data is the most information data stream in any organization.  Radicati Group Inc. estimates that there are 2.5 billion email accounts currently in use — 42 for every 100 people on the planet.

ESM is the technology that protects the email stream from external threats, connects email with web applications and stores email in searchable web archives.  No other software platform offers our breadth and flexibility. 

We have been providing email defense solutions since 2001.  Our software scans billions of emails per day at service providers, businesses, enterprises, governments, schools, and not-for-profits.  MPP includes over 150 features and solves a broad array of mission-critical issues.

Our value proposition is our ability to extract maximum value from the email stream using configurable templates and workflows.   Mailspect Web Services is estimated to save individual users more than $1,000 per year in a CRM implementation like Salesforce.com. 

Mailspect works through a global network of partners who localize the software by translating the software and documentation into the local language.  Our partners also provide input into new features required to comply with local requirements.

Mailspect’s most important resource is our people and their dedication to providing the best customer support in the industry.  Mailspect was launched in January of 2005 by Michael Katz, a veteran of Cisco Systems.
